良い点：地下鉄へのアクセスが簡単。部屋の洗濯機はとても役に立ちます。 悪い点：浴室から汗の臭いがする。隅に土が集まった。徹底的な掃除ではありません。

東急ステイは出張の度に利用しています。何カ所か泊まった中でも、部屋の良さでは一番だと思います。 地下鉄の駅から近いのは良いですが、少々不便な線なのがマイナスでしょうか。

家族で宿泊しました。駅からすぐでアクセスは良し！部屋は清掃がしっかりされており、気持ちよく過ごせました。またストレッチポールなどのトレーニンググッズがあり、疲れた体をほぐすのに役立ちました。他にはない面白い試みですね。そしてスタッフの対応が何より丁寧で感じ良かったです。 また利用させていただきます。

清潔なお部屋、そしてドラム式洗濯乾燥機がついてるのでとても便利でした。ロビーで、ｒｅｆａや絹女のヘアアイロン等の貸し出しもありました。次回もここにします

I reserved this hotel for a 4 night stay with my wife while we were visiting Tokyo. The location of the hotel is perfect because you can walk easily to all the major shopping or eating areas. The staff were all very courteous and always did their best to help with any requests. My wife took advantage of the free beauty appliance rental which was a pleasant surprise. It is a really good way to let customers try before they make a purchase - which in the end I had to buy a new one for my wife. The siren noise from the street is a common complaint from other hotel guests but I think this is to be expected if you are staying in one of the busiest centers in Japan. Having a washer and dryer in the room was really helpful. I look forward to coming back again.
