用があり宿泊前日から10回くらい電話しましたが全く繋がらず折り返しもありませんでした。 玄関の鍵も開きにくく、連絡も取れないのに開かなかったらどうしようとかなり焦りました。 なんとか鍵を開けて部屋に入ったものの、床や布団は髪の毛やホコリが付着、タオルは生乾き臭く気持ち悪かったです。 宿泊後の「最後までご丁寧にご対応頂き、感謝申し上げます。」とのメールが来ましたが、1回も話していないのに意味がわかりません。 こんなに終始不安な宿泊施設は初めてでした。 あまりおすすめはできません。

Travelling in a group of four and stayed at the premises for 3 nights. Location ok as it is near subway station but a bit away from the JR Kyoto station. The best thing about this premises is that there are 1 bath room, 1 shower room and 3 toilets (2 being ensuite room). This is really important for large group travelling. One area for improvement is the kitchen cooking utensils. Otherwise, it is value for money for travelling in group.
