部屋のトイレはウォシュレットにして下さい

壁が薄くて隣の声が気になります

トイレがウォシュレットでないのが残念ですが、あとは素泊まりとしては快適。

設備の古さ（水回り）は否めませんが、全般的には普通のビジネスホテルです 大雪の際の宿泊ですが駐車場も融雪装置もあり、問題ありませんでした また、機会があれば利用させて頂きます

Location is just 5 minutes from Kita-iiyama station. The room is typically small but neat and tidy. There is a toilet with hot and strong shower in the room. The restaurant inside the hotel doesn't accept walk-in that have to order breakfast and dinner one day before. Overall, it is value for money. The worst thing is no restaurant or convenient store around the station and the hotel, the nearest ones is about 10 minutes away.
